  3. ADULTS ONLY: Rear choke, basic triangle choke

Self Defense (Stripe 2)
    (Use self defense non-aggressive open hands stance)

  1. Block counter palm strike, knee
  2. Block inverted half fist, knee
  3. Defense to tackle, double straight arms to shoulders, sprawl, knee
  4. Defense bear hug from behind, step to side, backward knife hand to opponents groin, step behind him, right knife hand attack to their neck

Pad Work (Stripe 1)

  1. Right, left, punch, right elbow, cross step, left knee, right round kick low to thigh level
  2. Block focus mitts, and counter punch.  Use four corner blocking pattern

  1. Block, palm strike, knee, cross elbow
  2. Block, inverted half fist, knee, upper elbow
  3. Defense against a standing head lock.  Put left wrist on opponents neck, and ridge hand to opponents groin. Now put your index finger at the base of opponents nose and peel head back.  Follow up with right knife hand strike opponents neck.
  4. Review - Defenses against right punch, lapel grab, tackle, rear bear hug-arms pinned

Pad Work (Stripe 1)

  1. Left cross, right cross, left elbow
